2.1 Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies without notice.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order does not constitute our acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD. Custom quotes are net costs. They do not include measurements, templates, crating, shipping, packaging, sales or other taxes, local delivery, or installation.

3.3 Payment

Payment is required at the time of online order placement. We accept ACH/ETF and most major credit cards with advanced notice. Other forms of payment may be available. Please contact us for more information. Your payment information is secure, and we do not store credit card information on our website. Custom orders under $35,000 require 50% deposit upfront, balance due 5 business days before shipping. Orders over $35,000 have payment terms that may vary and will be discussed individually. Cabinets will not ship with a balance due.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Weight Considerations

Crates can weigh in excess of 1,300 lbs. Please ensure you have the proper machinery, such as a forklift, to unload heavy shipments.

4.2 Lift Gate and Delivery Notifications

If your delivery location does not have a forklift or loading dock, lift gate service and delivery notification will be required. These services are typically included in your shipping costs and will be listed on your invoice. If not included and needed, please contact your representative to make arrangements.

4.3 Curbside Delivery

Shipments are delivered curbside due to carrier insurance policies. Carriers will not move items inside. Ensure you have a dolly or proper equipment and follow handling instructions before moving items.

5. Returns and Refunds

Orders of stock products (identified with part number) may only be canceled with the authorization of SSK. Depending on the status of the order at time of cancellation, all or some of the entire purchase price may be due, or a restocking charge may be applied (at a minimum of 25%). Engineering and consulting charges are not refundable. Custom products are not returnable or refundable.

6. User Accounts

6.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create a user account to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

6.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United States.
