Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stainless Steel Kitchens (SSK). We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. Please review our return policy below.

Cancellation and Returns

Depending on the status of your order at the time of cancellation, all or some of the entire purchase price may be due. Please note that custom products are not returnable or refundable.

Product Design

Construction and design changes, which do not substantially affect the appearance or performance of the product, may be made by SSK without prior notice.

Storage at Our Location

Products are shipped as soon as completed and final payment cleared. Products may incur a storage fee if final payment is not made in a timely manner.

Warranty

Products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers parts and labor to repair or replace the product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover installation, corrosion, scratches, discoloration due to weathering, improper use of the product, accidental damage, neglect, or Acts of God. During the warranty period, SSK will, at its option, repair or replace defective parts.

Damage in Transit

All products are inspected for damage and carefully packaged for shipment. The carrier is responsible for visible damage during transit. Consignees should inspect all products closely at the time of delivery. It is the consignee’s responsibility to note damage to the delivery receipt and to save packaging materials. Consignees must file claims directly with SSK within 10 days of receiving the shipment, with photos of damage to substantiate the claim.

Damage on Site

Products must be carefully stored at the consignee’s site to prevent damage pending installation. SSK is not liable for any damage once the product leaves our facility. Photos of products before packaging are available in most cases to substantiate damage claims submitted.
